Florida Florida has a strong history of working for health freedom due to the presence of Florida Health Freedom Coalition, an educational non-profit organization, and their sister organization Florida Health Freedom Action lobbying organization. In 2009 these non-profits are undergoing a change in leadership and nominations for new Board members are being taken. Florida is noted for its Governor’s Proclamation on Health Freedom which supports the right of unlicensed practitioners to practice and for consumers to have access to those practitioners.
