A Dietitian/Nutritionist Licensure bill has just been introduced in New Jersey and been referred to the Senate Commerce Committee.  This bill could limit nutritional advice to only those dietitian/nutritionists licensed by the state of New Jersey.  You can view the bill here: http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2008/Bills/S2000/1941_I1.PDF
