New York: New York Health Freedom and NYNCPP have historically been supporting bills that will protect access to unlicensed practitioners in the state of New York. On January 30, 2007, Assemblyman Michael Benedetto introduced a health freedom bill A8733 to exempt unlicensed persons from criminal charges of practice of medicine. This bill is has not yet passed but the entire health freedom community is supporting Assemblyman Benedetto in his efforts.
