Louisiana: Louisiana is one of the seven states that already have a safe harbor exemption health freedom law that provides safe harbor to the unlicensed practitioners. LHFC has been very committed to having a stellar law to protect their natural health care practitioners and we commend LHFC for their national leadership in this effort.
